STONETECH® Professional Salt Water Resistant Sealer 3.785L

STONETECH® Salt Water Resistant Sealer is a high performing, water-based sealer specially developed to protect natural stone and masonry surfaces around salt water pools and coastal locations.  Constant splashing of salt water onto porous stone and concrete, which are commonly used for decking and coping, can cause these surfaces to deteriorate.  The salt water from splash-outs penetrates into porous stone and concrete, causing pitting and flaking of the surface, also known as “spalling”.

Pre-sealing is not recommended, however should you require pre-sealing STONETECH® Sealer is recommended only. 

If resistance to oily stains is also desired, apply DuPont™ StoneTech® Professional BulletProof® Sealer after Salt Water Resistant Sealer has fully cured.

Salt Water Resistant Sealer is suitable for use on porous tile, natural stone, concrete, terracotta and grout.

Warning: if used on poured concrete, slight darkening or enhancement of the surface may occur.

Surfaces: Porous tile, natural stone, concrete pavers, terracota and grout.

Coverage: 10m2 - 15m2 per litre, depending on porosity of stone.

Expected Wear: 3-5 years on exterior surfaces.
